Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik are on a state visit to China from 24 to 28th April 2014.
The State Visit main goal is to focus on the broad Danish-Chinese cooperation in areas such as energy and the environment, innovation, investment, transport, the maritime sector, health, food, and food safety and Danish design.

After the official welcome, the Royal Couple posed with President Xi Jinping and his wife for an official photograph.

After the photographs at the Presidential Palace, Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik attended a meeting between the Chinese and Danish delegations.
